HOW DO WE SET UP A PICTURE DAY?

IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF CHILDREN REQUIRED TO SET UP A PICTRE DAY?

HOW MUCH LEAD TIME DO WE NEED TO SET UP A PICTURE DATE?
We are flexible and can work with almost any deadline. Ideally at least two weeks lead time is required. However, the sooner you schedule your picture date the more likely you will get the date you want.
DO YOU PROVIDE A COMMISSION?
We make every effort to give back. We offer a commission, but it may vary depending on the size of the school. We might also offer other incentives.
BEFORE PICTURE DAY
Ideally we will have:
Student data at least two weeks in advance.
Parent emails at least one week in advance.
Location and start time finalized one week in advance.
Special requests at least two weeks in advance.
PICTURE DAY DETAILS
Please call us at 210.224.5553 and we will be happy to help you. For most photoshoots we provide a QR flyer that the students take home. On this flyer is information to access the online order site, enter the access code, view the portraits, and order portrait prints. There is a discount deadline and a final deadline. The final deadline is when we close the event and you can no longer order pictures.

MISSED DEADLINE
If it's an order from a recent photoshoot or from a couple of years ago, we will do our best to provide access for you to view and order. There is an archive fee for late orders. If you need help with an archived order, please contact us at spi@signaturephotographyinc.com or call us at 210.224.5553 and we will be happy to help you.
ARCHIVE ORDER REQUESTS FROM A LONG TIME AGO
All photoshoots and events have a deadline. When the deadline passes all pictures are then archived. We do not guarantee pictures will be available after the closing deadline. If we still have them archived and they can be retrieved, you might have the option to order on a later date after the deadline. There is an archive fee for late orders. Please email us at spi@signaturephotographyinc.com or call us at 210.224.5553 and we will be happy to help you. We are open M-F, 9 am to 5 pm.
